As a Chartered Surveyor George can undertake valuations of livestock, livestock equipment and property for the purposes of Tax, Accounting, Matrimonial, and Restructuring purposes. We have extensive knowledge of comparable sales in the market, through transactions we have been involved in with our own pig enterprises and continued brokerage of used pig equipment.

Having been a Tenant and Landlord of pig premises, George can provide expert advise on rents and terms payable for land and buildings rented for pig production. If you want to market or acquire land for pig purpose, he has clients who would be willing to consider.

As a Chartered Surveyor and Farmer, George is well placed to understand contentious issues particularly in respect of pig production, equipment, buildings and land. He is happy to assist in a wide range of problem solving issues, and can provide Mediation and Expert Witness services for Landowners, Tenants and operators. He has prepared and provided Expert Witness representations to the First Tier Lands Tribunal and the Rent Assessment committee, so is well versed in dealing with legal proceedings, documentation and reports.
